A unique insight into the art of Silage making. On the west coast of Ireland around the start of April, people with red diesel in their veins start to get ithy feet knowing that as soon as the weather permits huge harvesters and their accompanying mowers, tractors, trailers and shovels all scramble in the dash for the grass.
